Prepare These Documents Before You Start

Registration has eight steps and you will be asked to upload the items below at step 7. Scan or photograph them now — PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, each under 10 MB.

  • Government-Issued IDRequired

    Front and back of the ID you entered in step 2, in one file or two.

  • Résumé / Bio-Data with pictureRequired

    A PDF, or a clear photo of every page.

  • Barangay ClearanceRequired

    Issued by the barangay of your present address.

  • 2x2 ID PhotoRequired

    Recent, white background, taken within the last six months.

  • Diploma or Transcript of RecordsOptional

    For your highest level completed. Skip this if it has not been released yet.

  • TESDA / Training CertificatesOptional

    Any National Certificate or training certificate you hold.

No printer or scanner? Bring the originals to the PESO office and an officer will scan them for you.
