These terms govern your use of the Mandaluyong PESO Digital Employment Platform, powered by eLGU JobLink. By using the service you accept them. Read them together with our Data Privacy Notice.
What this service is
A free public employment service operated by the Public Employment Service Office of Mandaluyong. It connects residents looking for work with employers hiring in the city. It is not the official City of Mandaluyong website.
Prototype and demonstration data
This deployment is a prototype populated with demonstration data only. Accounts, vacancies, placements, and job fairs shown here are seeded examples and do not represent real citizens, employers, or vacancies. Do not submit real personal data.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and give accurate information in your profile. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts that misrepresent an employer, an organisation, or another person may be suspended.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for genuine employment purposes. Do not post discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful vacancies, charge jobseekers a fee for placement, scrape or bulk-extract data, or attempt to access records belonging to another account or another local government unit.
Decisions remain human
Matching scores and recommendations are assistive only. Endorsement, hiring, and approval are always made by authorized PESO officers and employers — never automatically by the system.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. PESO does not guarantee uninterrupted access, that a vacancy remains open, or that registration results in employment.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
